Do I have to be located near the corporate office?
No we are 100% cloud brokerage you can work from anywhere and have access to your business at any time. We can complete most of our transactions through our paperless transaction program or Fax/E-mail/Mail Etc. This allows agents to enjoy the benefits of an increased commission split.
Do you have a physical office?
We have a physical office located in Newport Beach, CA. for our corporate team members. Agents are free to use the corporate office for mail, pick up/drop off, business address, faxing, copies, etc... We want to minimizing overhead so we are able to offer our agents MUCH HIGHER commission splits. Does Synre offer Websites or Marketing Materials?
We offer full marketing, website design and support. Custom website designs, SEO, IDX integration and technology support. Depending on the monthly plan you choose we are at a lower cost than most for website design and hosting.
